"AVOID GUARDIAN - THEY'RE NOT TRUSTWORTHY"
I was promised that my debts would be handled on my behalf instead of having to pay them off. I was advised NOT to make payments to my creditors. They claimed my credit score would soar by over 80 points after they worked out settlements in just 6 months, and that I'd have a new, lower monthly payment for 4 years. In reality, they only managed to negotiate one settlement, and my request for a reduced payment was turned down. THEY'RE DECEITFUL. THEY MISLEAD. THEY DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH! My credit took a serious hit!!!

"CAUTION!!!"
Like many folks have mentioned, CAUTION!!! They rang me up every month claiming they were on it. I sent them delinquent notices, but they kept ignoring my accounts. I ended up getting sued and sent them the paperwork! Yup, DEFAULT judgment, which means they didn’t respond. I’ve got one charged off. My credit is in a real mess. They sure don’t improve your situation!

"Extremely aggressive and disrespectful"
I checked out the business after spotting an ad on Facebook. I'm not prepared to make any moves just yet. They kept reaching out through calls, texts, and emails. When I requested them to cease, their attitude turned quite rude. I definitely won't be considering them down the line.

"Awesome support from Guardian"
A couple of months back, Guardian came through for me with my medical expenses. I’ve been retired for four years now, and unfortunately, I couldn’t keep up with my doctor payments. This company really delivered on the customer service front.

"Grateful for the assistance!"
Over the years, I found myself drowning in debt. It got to a stage where I simply couldn't handle it any longer. After contacting this company, my problems were tackled, and my credit bills decreased. I really wish I had done this ages ago instead of waiting. Initially, I had some doubts about these kinds of companies, but those feelings have disappeared. My debt is history now! The negotiators are super proactive and manage to secure excellent settlements. Plus, the customer service team is consistently helpful.

I've been using Guardian Debt Relief for a couple of months. I had 6 credit cards, and they've already settled 2 for me. Great job! It sure takes a while to get through the program, but hey, it took time to rack up that 45K in credit card debt. Appreciate it, Guardian!

"Protector"
I've found myself in financial trouble for the second time now. The first time, I went with Freedom, and they really hit me hard with fees and made me feel pretty low. But here, I felt like I could actually get my questions sorted out, and the settlements were handled way faster and at a better rate.
